Challenge
Existing small businss loan's commission calculation and performance monitoring program was developed using Microsoft Access database. Data is extract from corporate mainframe and update into Access. Weekly download to division manager has been getting longer by the week due to increase size of the database. Reports are not accurately reflecting the actual work.

Solution
Redesigned the existing reporting system using Microsoft SQL Server, Internet Information Server 4 and Active Server Page to generate dynamic reports. Eliminate long download time and incompatible Dynamic Link Llibrary (DLL) errors on manager's desktop machines.
