Challenge
Sony Pictures Entertainment has a need to manage their global users'
account. Whenever user change office, transfer, get promoted or forget
their login password, they are required to call the several departments
to get their profile updated. This process would that up to weeks to
complete. Sony would like to automate the process so that user can manage
their profile and yet without compromising system security.
Solution
Provided a complete browser base solution that gives corporate users
the ability to manage their profile globally. Utilized Netscape iPlanet
application server, Critical Path's LDAP server, JAVA servlet and JSP
to manage the legacy systems integration.
