Challenge
Existing Commercial lease and finance system is base on IBM Lotus Notes. Without any systematic way to view the master and sub lease documents, Toyota has no easy way of projecting the value of any corporate pre-approved loans. Legal documents have to be mail out using conventional mail system. The whole process of approving a corporate loan is taking two to three weeks to complete. Often, valuable time were spend on phone tag with regional sales managers for additional documents.

Solution
Provided a complete Intranet solution that gives Toyota the capability to monitor and track all corporate lease documents. Utilized Microsoft Internet Explorer, Window NT, Cisco Local Director and Oracle database to store, track and deliver Adobe pdf documents over the Internet. Reduced loan completion time from three weeks to just hours.
